Operator Workflow

A practical cutting-room process for apparel and sewing factories.

1. Prepare

Configure fabric products, garment sizes, bundle rate, production rate, fabric lot width, stock, MOs, and source location.

2. Upload

Upload matching marker CSV files, review imported markers, size ratios, fabric codes, style data, and marker chains.

3. Validate

Run Pre-check and Preview to find missing stock, incompatible widths, missing MO sizes, or fabric move issues before allocation.

4. Allocate

Generate lays, TNs, fabric allocation rows, stock move reservations, and cutting sequences.

5. Bundle

Create cut bundles according to product bundle-rate settings and review quantities by TN and size.

6. Trace

Follow every bundle and allocation through schedule, buy ID, MO, lot, lay, TN, and stock move data.
